These wines not only reflect the unique terroir of the Balaton highlands, but also proudly carry the organic certification and are certified histamine-free and vegan.
The exact amount of histamine is listed on the back of each bottle, to make sure that our wine is the perfect choice in case you are sensitive to this ingredient.
Germanic style, Hungarian terroir. It shows the unadulterated style of Riesling, with an excellent acid-sugar balance and ripe, fruity notes. Its aroma and taste are dominated by citruses and white-fleshed peaches, which elegantly complement the character of the wine.
Its neutral flavor hides delicate apple-pear notes, bitter almonds and a truly special character rich in minerals. It is the perfect choice for having a refreshing glass of wine in the shade of a walnut tree, either by itself or mixed with some club soda.
